These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online store located at winedo.ee ("Website" or "Store") and any purchases made through it.

By placing an order through the Website, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Scope of Service

The Website serves as an online storefront for browsing and ordering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Orders are submitted electronically through the Website and are processed manually by Veinivein OÜ. The Website does not process payments automatically. Veinivein OÜ holds a valid alcohol retail licence (alkoholi jaemüügiluba) as required under the Estonian Alcohol Act (Alkoholiseadus, RT I 2002, 3, 7).

The Store operates within the territory of the Republic of Estonia. Delivery is available only within Estonia.

3. Age Restriction

In accordance with § 46 of the Estonian Alcohol Act (Alkoholiseadus), the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. By using this Website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification (e.g., ID card, passport, driving licence) at the time of delivery to verify the buyer's age. If age cannot be verified, we are entitled to refuse delivery in accordance with the Alcohol Act.

Alcohol may not be sold or served to persons under 18 years of age. Alkoholi müümine alla 18-aastastele isikutele on keelatud.

4. Products and Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT / käibemaks) at the applicable rate (currently 22% in Estonia). Delivery costs, if applicable, are not included in the product price and will be communicated separately.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual packaging may vary (including vintage, label design, and bottle design). We do not guarantee that product descriptions are free from errors.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed.

5. Ordering Process

The ordering process works as follows:

1. Browse and add to cart: Select products and add them to your shopping cart.
2. Fill in the order form: Provide your full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any special instructions.
3. Submit the order:Your order is sent electronically to Veinivein OÜ for processing.
4. Order confirmation: You will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
5. Order acceptance and invoice:Veinivein OÜ will contact you via email or phone to confirm product availability, delivery details, and to send an invoice.

A binding purchase agreement (müügileping) within the meaning of the Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus, RT I 2001, 81, 487) is concluded only when Veinivein OÜ expressly confirms acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline an order if: the product is out of stock; the price was incorrectly displayed due to a technical error; we are unable to verify the buyer's age or identity; or for any other lawful reason.

6. Payment

Payment is not processed online through the Website. After confirming your order, Veinivein OÜ will send you an invoice via email with payment details. Available payment methods include bank transfer (pangasiire) and other methods as agreed upon between the parties.

The order will be processed and prepared for delivery only after payment has been received in full by Veinivein OÜ.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available within Estonia only. Delivery times and costs will be communicated when Veinivein OÜ confirms your order. We aim to deliver within 1–5 business days from payment receipt, depending on product availability and delivery location.

The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Any additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information shall be borne by the Customer.

In accordance with the Estonian Alcohol Act, the recipient must present valid identification upon delivery to verify that they are at least 18 years of age. If the recipient is unable to prove that they are 18 or older, the delivery will be refused and the alcohol will not be handed over. In such cases, the Customer may be charged for return delivery costs.

Risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery, in accordance with § 214 of the Law of Obligations Act.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with § 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (Tarbijakaitseseadus, RT I 2004, 13, 86) and §§ 47–56 of the Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Notify us in writing at info@winedo.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods, clearly stating your intention to withdraw.
2. Return the goods to us within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
3. We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions:The right of withdrawal does not apply to alcoholic beverages whose seal or packaging has been opened or broken after delivery, as such goods are considered hygiene-sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (§ 53(4)(4) of the Law of Obligations Act). The goods must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

9. Warranty and Complaints

Under Estonian consumer protection law, you have the right to submit a complaint if the goods do not conform to the terms of the agreement. In accordance with § 218 of the Law of Obligations Act, the seller is liable for any defect that existed at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@winedo.ee with the following information:

• Your order number
• Description of the defect or issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging

We will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. You may be entitled to a replacement product, price reduction, or refund.

10. Liability Limitations

Veinivein OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Estonian law.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by the Customer for that specific order.

Veinivein OÜ is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Responsible Drinking

We promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. If you or someone you know needs help with alcohol-related issues, please contact the Estonian health hotline at 1220.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / Isikuandmete kaitse üldmäärus, (EU) 2016/679) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus). 13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints regarding our products or services, please contact us first at info@winedo.ee. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 15 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any purchase agreement that cannot be resolved through negotiation or out-of-court dispute resolution shall be settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn courthouse).

15. Amendments

Veinivein OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Website after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers via email.
